WordPress – Sell Amazon.com Items

Prior to selling an Amazon.com item on your website, you need to:

1. Have an Amazon.com associate account (If you don’t have one yet, go to Amazon.com and at the bottom of their home page under “Make Money With Us” click on “Join Associates” and follow that process to become an associate member.)
2. Have chosen an Amazon.com item that you would like to sell on your site

Once you have completed those two steps then you may follow these steps to start selling Amazon.com items on your website.

1. Log into your amazon associate account (you should see the gray bar at the top)
2. Navigate to the page that the item you want to sell is on
3. Click on “Link to this page” from the gray tool bar, upper left
4. Copy the “iFrame” code into your computer’s memory
5. Log into your WordPress dashboard
6. On the left hand side, choose “Pages”
7. Click on the page where you want to paste the code
8. Click on the “html” version of the page (not the “visual” version)
9. Place the cursor and click in the location where you would like to past the code (bottom of page is OK unless you need a more specific place)
10. Paste the code
